Can I customize my subscription? (e.g., choose specific flowers, colors, or style preferences?)

Please note that subscriptions cannot be customized, as we use seasonal and available flowers each week. However, you are welcome to inform us of any pets at home, floral allergies, favorite flowers, or color preferences.

What if I'm out of town?

If you will be out of town and unable to receive your flowers, please let us know at least one week before your scheduled delivery date so we can reschedule the delivery for when you return.

Can I pause or reschedule a delivery?

You can pause or reschedule a delivery, or change the delivery address if it is within a 10-mile radius. Please note that subscriptions cannot be rescheduled for holidays such as Valentine’s Day, March 8th (International Women’s Day), Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving, or Christmas.

What is your delivery area in Chicago, and what are the delivery timings?

The delivery fee is included in the subscription price for addresses within a 10-mile radius. If your delivery address is farther than 10 miles, an additional fee will be applied.

We prefer to deliver floral subscriptions on Mondays or Tuesdays, as we receive the freshest flowers on those days. Deliveries are made during our business hours, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The exact delivery time can be scheduled during your consultation.
